It’s Mothers Day in the UK.
So share your feelings? What do you love most about your mum? And if she’s no longer with you, what do you miss the most?
I love my mum because…even though she has the weight of the world on her shoulders, when I have a problem it becomes her problem. The solution, a hug and a kiss and everythings better

There are not enough words in the world to describe what my mum means to me. Mum is one of my closest friends too, I turn to her whenever I have a problem and vice versa. I love my parents unconditionally and I am lucky that it is reciprocated. I just can’t convey my feelings to be honest.
I rang Mum a while ago:hula: Can’t wait to see her next week inshallah.

i have a lot 2 like and share but words seem meaningles still as my mother is no more around but i miss the taste of his lovely hands, his presence, his graceful appearance, his wise approach towards life and a lot of other things which i can just sense, i can't make others feel those aspects of her personality.
i would specially mention her fight with a fatal disease "cancer". she had an endless hope for life. oh god, i can't write more.

I love me mah because she is the person who dances with me in my happiness and holds me whenever i have fallen. Always treated me like a spoiled brat .
Okay am getting sentimental here , so am going to put me head on her lap and give her a kiss ..

Going off-topic but this thread is just making me think of Jade Goody and that she died today on Mother's day leaving two young sons. How ironic.

I know :( so sad. Its heart breaking that her kids will be mourning her death instead of celebrating her life. tragic, she was so young.

I felt so sorry for Jade's Mom! On Mother's day she loses her daughter to cancer! So sad.

i love my mum because she is so kind and so giving without ever expecting anything in return . she is beautifull , loving and caring and the best mother in the world
