My mom was always in a similar situation. Then she tried weight watchers and lost about 65 pounds. She’s gone up and down since then but never put it all back on - she will go up 10 or 20 pounds then go back to ww and lose it again. But she kept most of the weight off entirely. WW helps you change how you eat and how you live your life - eating healthier but not starving yourself and not completely denying yourself your special treats. But in moderation. Those special diets never work for very long. When you approach it as a change of lifestyle, one that you can adapt to permanently, you will find easier success.

As per what i know the weightwatcher online or their etool etc. require a membership fee which is Rs. 6000+ and i am not too inclined to pay this much for it. Is there no free online setup of theirs? Also, what exactly do they do to help lose?
