pizza in oven toaster :)
slices of brown ead
crushed ginger
chopped grape tomatoes or ketchup, spring onion and green chillies
pinch of salt and pepper
and shredded morzerella cheese
place the cheese on the slices of brown bread
place veges on top of the cheese layer
sprinkle with salt and pepper
layer again with cheese and tomatoes or ketchup
grill in the toaster over for 5 minutes
eat a really quickly made and tasty snack.

p.s. those who want to add meat, can add one layer of cubes or in slices of boiled meat - mutton, or chicken on the bread pizza as well.

DUSHWaRI! can u pls give me recipe for shahi tukre? i loved them at a friend home and i tried to make it but it didnt come out the same.....can u give me recipe ...appreciate it!

old cold brown or white bread slices cut in triangles
2 cups canola oil for frying
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups whole milk
5-6 whole cardemoms,
slivered pista
chandi keye warek
heat up the oil
fry the bread pieces until golden brown
place on a paper towel
heat up the milk
add the rose water and the sugar
warm up, bring to a boil , turn off the stove
add cardemoms
remove the slices and place the pieces carefully into the an open flat clear or corning ware sweet-dish
pour over the milk
wait for a minute
garnish with pista and finally lay over the silver paper.
place in the fridge to cool, for an hour
serve after dinner :)
