I just quit smoking smoking after 6/7 years and start gym. I use to smoke like 10 times a day. Now i feel like i dont have energy in body + work is very hard + gym. somebody ask me to start drinking tea but i really dont like tea.what should i do? and what kind of diet i should take?

u are doing 2 things at one time
kicking the nicotine addiction
and starting to work out

it will sort itself out, try nicorette or something
other ppl i know ho quit drank more coffee or tea for a bit..

but in general it will self correct

eat a large chocolate bar and drink a cup of coffee just before work out.
make sure you drink enough water during work out.
Or just a chocolate would do too. again do't for get water.
