The first TRUE BLAST of the notorious Canadian Winters …
OMG :o
I decided to walk to Tims for a after dinner FV and a paan from the local desi shop.
I didnt realize till I was halfway to Tims, that it was horribly horribly cold 
and I was not dressed accordingly. I checked the temperature just now on the weather channel and they say the temp is -12C with a CHILL of -20 
Anyway, It was a FV and paan that I am gonna remember for sometime to come.
I am still not back to normal

COLD and SNOW are 2 different things 
With the snow, the atmosphere is romantic, everything white, snowball fights etc.
THIS IS INSANE 
, you can see the stars up in the sky, no snow nothing
and the ground is frozen solid under your feet :o

hehe..how long have you been in canada for? 
-12, with windchill -20 is nothing! although i admit that it was cold after a couple of days of +9, +10, in january we usually have piles and piles of snow in our front yards, and it’s usually more like -25, with windchill -32.
now that’s a true blast of canadian winter..
