…that since the focus of the US and NATO has shifted from Iraq to Afghanistan there has been an increase in terror activities in both Pakistan and Iran. Pakistan felt its first suicide bombing in 2007 I believe, which was in fact when the US started to pull out of from Iraq and shift back to Afghanistan.
Its just odd that neither country had to deal with attacks on Mosques or suicide bombings till the renewed focus on Afghanistan and movement of more funding, weapons and military/CIA operations to Afghanistan.
