When I began my studies in Islam, I had the ambition of one day teaching, writing, and translating Arabic texts into English. I still have these ambitions and hope to pursue my studies in Islam, the Arabic language, World History, Linguistics, Sociology and English Literature. I hope to use this knowledge to serve Islam and the interests of Muslims in America and around the world to the full extent of my capability.

He got 20 years prison, suffered alot… but after all this, read his statements!

20 years in prison… still he said he wont leave Islam but will study Islam more and help muslims across the globe.

Can you shed a little more details to this person plz? If he got 20 years in prison for not changing his faith, then he truely is a great man!

As the judge said: He was willing to die for the Taliban but was not willing to help his own country!! With help like his, Islam does not need enemies. The damage that the Taliban, and OBL have done to the Image of Islam ... .

I will bet he will be singing a totally different tune within couple of years. Lindh has demonstrated a remarkable lack of judgement. There are already stories and news floating on the net about his "love affair" with one Khizar Hayat of Peshawar!! So give me a break about upholding this idiot as a proud muslim.
