I have this problem with my relatives and friends back home. No matter what I do, somehow people back home get the detailed info on it. As a matter of fact, even I won’t know the kinda details of something that I did, which these guys end up getting.
Sometimes I feel like that I have this invisible group of people living with me, you know like those two Frishtay on either side of the shoulders, who report everything to my friends and foes. And any activity or event that I go through, no matter how minor, ends up having this masala effect in it.
Is it true that element of gossip and rumor is more dominant in our culture, or it’s just another stereotype? And why people gossip, by the way?
You're telling me! I'm kinda touchy on this topic. I live in a city where everybody knows everyone else. It's gets on my nerves at times. No matter what I do, where I go or even what I wear, everyone else gets to know about it. Oh boy.
