Okay

SO the guy who I am supposed to be getting to know before an official announcement is made ( i have met him 2 times with both families present ) called me for the first time today and seriously all that came out my mouth was stuttering babble - i got soooo nervous and sharmili :S

After I kind of mumbled how are you etc i got too knotted in my brain and told him my mum was calling me. IM SCARED

This is not me - I am the loud extroverted person who loves public speaking and i have loads of friends who are guys etc etc

I felt the same when I was asked to talk to guy and my hands were as cold as ice and I was sweating at the same time. I would rather make my mother and brother get to know the guy and I would say haan to the nikah just on the decision of my family lol. Its really really so hard.

What happened after your 'sharam' attack? Didn't you call him back? Didn't you talk to him? If you called him back and talked normally, nothing to worry about. Everyone gets nervous while talking to a prospective spouse. So don't worry. Think about how to repair the 'damage' if you have done any :p

haha awww you guys are soo sweet!! I have been communicating over email/text with him for a week and i got over my SHARAM ATTACK! Ashy what a brilliant phrase!
