weel i agree with gazal baji ALLAH ka naam ley and make ur choice. being a human being u can mistake so not a big deal , but remember something what iheard from elders, in these kind of descision don't ever look back warna pahter ke ban jao gey. jou dil khey woh ker lo aur phier is per pastava na kero koin ke kuch kerney ka bad is per pastava ker ke afsos kertey rhey na bewaqoofi hey :)
so take a name of ALLAH and choose one from the option :)

lekin doosray logon kee feelings involved haen aur khatra hae ke koi hurt ho jaye…shayad meri decision ko na samajh sakay…muj se nafrat karay…mujhay kabhee maaf na karay…

woh to keh rehe hoon .. Allah ka naam lo aur decision lay lo .. jo bhi decide karna hai kar dalo .. agar phir bhi you think you were cruel n you have hurt someone then leave everything on Him .. He is the only one you can call to when you are stuck n He sure will help you out .. 
.. don’t worry yaar .. it happened to me so many times .. Allah ka naam lay kar her kaam karte hoon aur agar koi problem ho to i try by bestestttttttttt to solve it but if i don’t then i call HIM .. trust me kuch nahi ho ga .. just decide wisely n then ask Him to help you out if you are stuck.. ..

u r right baji per poori doinya ko bhi kush nhai rhaka jha sak tha is liya do ur best but if KUDANAKASTA anything happend bad u can apoloigise and even then that does not forgive then u don’t feel bad koin ke u did what ever u thought was the best. u can upsat every one for one person. is liya do ur best and listen ur heart and pray before make any descision. pray the SALATUL ISHTAKHARA if u r confused which option u want to take it will help u out .

agree but you can explain them .. now a person should be open for dicussion always .. shouldn’t he/she be ?!?! .. her insaan mistake karta hai .. its human nature .. n i’m sure that the person you are talking about is wise enough to understand this .. :=) ..

aur yaar…decision toh mein le loon gi…but i will keep remembering k what effect did my decision have on the other person…
coz i care about the person i also wont be able to push that thought out of my mind…i dont know if it would even be right to…i dont think it would be…

lekin duniya mein kuch log hotay haen jin ko insaan apnay aap ko mita ke bhee khush rakhnay kee koshish kerta hae…haena…? my decision will impact people in those category…
