I have this leg of lamb

or goat (maybe)!

It looks pretty and meaty but I don’t know how to cook it.

Help me please!!!

Shaan has this Roast Masala.. its very good. What I do is marinate the leg in Shaan Masala, some ginger garlic, vinegar, yogurt .. check the marinate for taste... Marinate it atleast overnight. Make sure you put small slits on the leg piece.
When you are ready to cook, take a huge pateeli, put very little oil and put that leg piece in it... I do this for the whole day for the meat to galofy good. Leave it on halki anch puray din ke lieay

I wonder if it can be cooked in a slow cooker,if it can fit in one..?

marinate the leg with yogurt, lemon juice, salt, red chilli, corriander powder, haldi, chaat masala, black pepper, ginger garlic paste. marinate it for a day or two then bake in oven 400F till tender. you can add vegetables likes carrorts, bell pepper, potatoes, onions, tomatoes on the base of the baking tray. lay the marinated leg on top of the vegetables,pour any left over marinate over the leg/in the tray.cover the tray, bake @400F till tender.normally it takes couple hrs so the key is not to open the oven for couple hrs.

cook it for 2-3 hours in the oven with your choice of masalay and yogurt. :yummy:
