I worked under him ( he is this hi fi doctor man) as his student for 3 weeks. He used really encourage me and compliment my knowledge all the time.
I bumped into him today at a party and he told all the aunties and uncles how I was his most exceptional student.
Now I cant stop thinking about him.

The authoritarian role by a male figure who is seen as all knowing/intelligent/comforting/complementing and a protector can make many women fall for these otherwise very nice men who may or may not even know who is falling for them.......... and as long as you can acknowledge it, rationalize it, laugh at it, nothing wrong with that.
Just do not act on it. You will get over it with time.

his heart belongs to his wife. if he did leave her to be with another woman, what kind of a man would he be. he wouldn't get your respect would he?
plus think of his wife and how much you might hurt her if you went ahead with this whole crush business and made it into something more. could you ever hurt another woman like that. think of him as your brother, even address him like that to help you see that he is off limits
i can relate to thinking about someone all the time though, it's something i'm working on too to be stronger about

It has happened once or twice that someone ends up making a positive impression on me that makes me think about them afterwards… but in a totally halal way
