I dont know if this is the right place to post this thread here…

Today in college, i lost all my work (assignments, coursework etc) the work was saved in my Phone Memory Card.
Basically what happened is that i plugged my memory card in the PC and saved all my work in it everything went fine until i took out the memory card from the PC without safely removing it (i am a but stupid). And when i put the memory card back on PC nothing was in it, everything was gone. I had about (900mb) work in my Card. It was all work the i did since last 2 years, basically had everything init & me being such a retard never kept a backup. Now i have lost everything, got nothing left, i am lifeless, dont know what to do, If i dont get the work bk than i will flop this whole course (god frobid).

Now whenever i try to put the card back to PC, nothing comes up, just some empty folders come up with weird names ( like [EMAIL=“ue@paee”]ue@paee, tidem, piatupe etc). Dont ave a clue what this it. Is there any chance i can get my work back or have i totally lost it? Any one out there have a clue what this problem is?

Please guyz if you can than please help me out, i will really appreciate it! I dont know what to do, I fell like as if i have lost my life!

Life is good take heart you might be able to recover it all.
Utility for corrupt memory cards

I had a SmartMedia card “go bad” on me on a recent trip to France, after
having taken quite a number of photos I really didn’t want to have go away.
I had another smaller backup card which I used, thinking that maybe, when I
got home, I might be able to recover the images on the card that went bad.

I should mention that the “bad” card, when inserted into the camera, said it
needed to be formatted.

Tonight I did a quick Google search and came upon something called “Zero
Assumption Recovery” utility, and gave it a try. Voila, even though my
desktop computer also said the card required formatting, this utility read
everything on the card and offloaded it to a file on my hard drive. Life is
good!

Please note this utility should work well on any type of memory card that
can be seen as a drive on your computer (SmartMedia, MMC, CF, etc).
Basically, anything you have a card reader for.

This is freeware, by the way, although you can buy a more-capable version
for $99. But for my case, the freeware utility did everything I needed. It

C'mon guyz i am serious, is there any chance i can get my things back? This is really pis*ing me off, i have lost all my work, i cant believe it. Dont know what to do....
