InshaAllah things will get better when you make some basic lifstyle adjustments.
1) Reduce stress. Try to relax and keep your mind busy.
2) Drink plenty of water. And eat a healthy diet.
3) Take a good multivitamin. You can also get vitamins specifically for hair, but a multivitamin will take care of all of your body's needs.
4) Excercise....go for a jog or brisk walk around your neighborhood or go to the gym. Exercise helps you sleep better.
6) Consult your doctor if things don't improve.

when ever i have stress i cant think about anything else..dont feel like to eat anything dont feel like to go anywhere...dont know how to get things out of my mind :(
