It's better (in my opinion) not to jump to conclusions about black magic. Because then we start putting "ilzaam" on people that might be actually be innocent even if they are our enemies.

There's a good chance that Tylenol is not effective for you. I've read that medicines like Aspirin, Imitrex, Aleve, Zomig, and Maxalt are helpful in relieving migraines. It's best to talk to your doctor about it. Also stress can cause headaches, so reduce stress and reduce your intake of soda (pepsi, etc) because that can trigger and aggravate headaches.

Honey.....in charko main mat paro. Pehlay doctor k paas jao. Get a medical opinion first. Many times, a change of medicine can help. Sometimes a lack of certain vitamins can also trigger headaches, so make sure to take a multivitamin every day.

actually i was having some personal issues...and too much stress some days ago..may be thats the reason...and other think is i cant not sleep too much...dont know why..i will definitely see a doctor...because first it was just headache then sleep lack and now im loosing too much hairs :(.

InshaAllah things will get better when you make some basic lifstyle adjustments.

1) Reduce stress. Try to relax and keep your mind busy.

2) Drink plenty of water. And eat a healthy diet.

3) Take a good multivitamin. You can also get vitamins specifically for hair, but a multivitamin will take care of all of your body's needs.

4) Excercise....go for a jog or brisk walk around your neighborhood or go to the gym. Exercise helps you sleep better.

6) Consult your doctor if things don't improve.

when ever i have stress i cant think about anything else..dont feel like to eat anything dont feel like to go anywhere...dont know how to get things out of my mind :(

That is a rather RUDE statement to make.
Black magic is a fact in Islam. It's one thing if you don't want to believe it but you have no right to ridicule those who do believe it. And then to bring Quran into your sarcastic point, this is really nasty. Unless you're an aalima or someone who has an intense understanding of your religion, do not put forth statements that make you look like a fool.

Quran tells you to read 4 quls if you think you have bad nazar on you or if you think someone has done magic on you. It happened to our Prophet PBUH also and as he recited the quls, the knots of the threads used to do magic on him were loosened.

People here have made sarcastic and ridiculous remarks about black magic as if it doesn't even exist. It's a fact in our religion. There's no need to insult someone else's beliefs if you yourself don't abide by it.

EXCUSE YOU. Before you jump to conclusions about me and my beliefs about black magic........why don't you go read my posts on various threads about BLACK MAGIC. And in those threads I have posted that** BLACK MAGIC DOES INDEED EXIST AND IS A REALITY!**

And that is why i posted that if one is certain that their problems are a result of black magic, then they should combat their black magic afflictions (problems) by reciting surahs from the Quran.........which is how Islam recommends that one should treat black magic. Black magic is treated by reciting the three Quls, Surah Bakara, and Ayatul Kursi. Where else do you find these surahs? In the Holy Quran....genius!

Instead you're accusing me of thinking that I think black magic is a joke? You are GREATLY MISTAKEN about my intentions. And you've succeeded in making yourself look like a fool.

I was thinking to myself that some people who **HAVE INDEED **encountered black magic in their lives might be offended by this thread. And for those individuals.....i have posted how to treat Black Magic with the help of the Quran.

Hey Sara,

I scrolled up and read your previous post....and I understand that you're saying that there is no sarcasm in my post. Which is true because it wasn't intended. Just yesterday, I had posted the advice of reading various surahs from the Quran for treating black magic in another thread. It's funny and disturbing that one should jump to such a hasty and incorrect conclusion.

There are people who TRULY are suffering from black magic because it does indeed exist.

However there are other people who blame every little problem on black magic instead of accepting responsibility for their actions or looking at all other reasons before coming to the conclusion that it's black magic.

For example, if a student is getting poor marks on exams doesn't nececesarily mean that black magic is the culprit. It could also mean that the student is not focused in studying.

I've even heard stories of parents accusing their children of being under black magic if their daughter or son refuses a rishta that the parents are forcing upon the child.

And Malta, the person who created this thread, is basically addressing such people who think black magic is the cause over EVERY misfortune.

INTELLIGENT *people look at things from **all **angles before rushing to conclusions. * Yes, black magic exists. Nobody is making a mockery out of that. And if one is truly suffering from black magic, then our Prophet SAWS has advised us to cure it with the help of the Quran. But at the same time....one has to make sure that it's black magic.....instead of blaming every problem on black magic. A headache can be caused by several reasons and not necessarily the black arts.

Because it's a silly post, lol. Believe it or not....some "aalims" in Pak don't base their treatments on Islamic knowledge.

And one way that shows they're unreliable.....is if they use strange treatments which involve bat's ears, goat's blood, and frog's tongue, and hair of the enemy, or picture of the enemy, in their treatment.
