You know what I used to do, and it worked great until it burnt me out?
I used to take the anger, ball it up inside of me, and use it as fuel to do my work and my studies. Like, whatever I was doing, I would push myself to work harder and to achieve more.
For example, I would take my resentment and anger ag/ other people in highschool, ball it up, and use it to energize myself when I’d study for my tests and do my HW and projects, so that I could break the curve in the class, so that the person I had anger towards would get a B instead of that A, and then it would send them home fuming at me ![]()
In college, I stepped it up, and I would deliberately pick people in my mind that annoyed me, and I’d do better in classes than them and break curves, etc.
Yeah…but too much of anything isn’t good. I got burnt out, and now I have put myself on time out.
You can also fuel the anger at the gym or when you’re working out. There are other ways to take anger out also, but you’re not married, na. ![]()
Anyway, just find an outlet, and let that anger become actual physical and mental energy.
