Are you in the US/Canada/Europe? You can get a restraining order against him and he won’t be able to contact you even online. As for creating the fake account, cut ALL contact with him in any way, fake account or not. You found out what you needed to. Also, is there any way you could minimize your online presence? Like, close your FB page, don’t use a picture on your FB profile so he cannot contact you. Basically, do everything you can to avoid him finding you.

No im not there so i cant take a restraining order, in pakistan involving police makes everything very ugly. yes ill deactivate my acc. i already removed all my pictures and stuff. thank you so much for a logical comment.
