Re: I have a serious problem
get a wig
Re: I have a serious problem
try kalvanji oil, just ten drops and don't leave it on for more then half an hour and then wash your hair, also try vo5 conditioner, its good for fine hair.
Re: I have a serious problem
10 drops???
ru sure that 10 drops are enough:confused:
Re: I have a serious problem
A regular massage with any good oil helps to increase the blood circulation, kalonji and amla oil are good for this purpose, warm them up slighty before applying them 2 the scalp.
There is this hairtonic that my khala uses 4 hairloss (it actually did wonders 4 her), it’s called alpecin (a blue bottle).

Re: I have a serious problem
yes kiara, 10/15 drops are enough, i have the same problem and this helps, the reason for 10 drops is because kalvanji oil is pretty strong.
Re: I have a serious problem
B- vitamin strengthens your hair. get it checked and start taking b-vitamin tablets!u probably need them!
Re: I have a serious problem
^ and along with that eat a balanced diet with a variety of veggies and spices. A body does not function well or retain its health with certain elements go completely missing for long durations.
Re: I have a serious problem
There are also phases of more or less hairloss. It could be stress or diet related, but it might just be a phase your body is going through. I used to feel the same way, but the thickness of my hair has not changed.
Also, my mumani who had always had very fine, limp hair has amazingly thick and long hair with a lot of body now -- after four children. I think she's in her mid/late 30s.
Re: I have a serious problem
dang dude i have the same shizy prob .. my spikes are killing me .. ooper se mien GOT-TO-BE-GLUE gel and then GLUE spray use kerta hoo
Re: I have a serious problem
yep! u need fish oil supplements and vitamin supplements.
also lotsa protein like chicken, eggs, turkey…
regular oil massages…waise any oil is good but try a homeopathic oil such as “ARNICA oil” made for falling hair…u can get it from pakistan.
get a shorter haircut with layers that will make your hair look like it has volume.
dont brush too hard…use a comb or get a natural bristle brush
dont brush wet hair.lay off the heating rods/blow dryers etc. dont use shampoos with ammonium laureth sulfate…instead use those that contain sodium laureth sulfate…also dont tie back hair too hard in ponytails or braids…
but diet still remains the most imp part…your hair and skin always reflect your overall health.
Re: I have a serious problem
^ Yep, i was gona tell u the same stuff ![]()
Also, u mite wana try this hair pack once in a while:
castor oil
2 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
ground fenugreek (methi)
wash after 1 hour…this is good for falling hair, esp. in humid weather ![]()
Re: I have a serious problem
kashmiri- hey methi is good for hair?
Re: I have a serious problem
ahh i have lost all my hair.. n now am loosing grey cells bit by bit.
Re: I have a serious problem
(yeh wala oil woh wala oil, eggs, methi, vitamin tablets, kalvanji etc seems like ppl are saying neting they could think of...hmm i will make a wild guess too)
put vaseline in your head.
Re: I have a serious problem
not really sugar free we are giving tried and satisfied tips…
vaseline CAN be used for styling hair…not for hair growth
Re: I have a serious problem
Duno, i’ve just heard that…i’ll give it a go one of thesedays.
Oh and sodium laureth sulfate is bad for ur hair too.
Re: I have a serious problem

Re: I have a serious problem
use egg on your hair very very very helpful... and if you know someone who has used this next nuskha before ask them to help you.. Take masoor ki daal and drind it and put it all over your head. When its dry you have to literally wash your hair for probably an hour or so constantly to take it out. But you do need someone else to help you who has a lot of paitence. If you dont believe me you will end up chopping them off...
Ask your mom or someoen else who have experience in it.
I have used both of them. Those of you who have seen my hair :D they know i take good care of them. I use to have long and nice hair but i chop them off cause you had to take care of them. But still my hair are mad silky nice and sexy *wink...
I havent use the daal one in a very long time cause i dont need it... and i have lost the paitence.
These paindu nuskhe do work....
