Okay answer my question about the dhaaga :smilestar:

Re: I have a question …

I have never heard of such kababs. What is the purpose of tying dhaga around em? Are you sure you are not talking about qeema bharay karailay? :aq:

Jab google ki sahoolat mojod thi tou hum ghareebon ko tang kyon kia :(

Re: I have a question ...

They are called** Seekh kebabs** .... and i think the daaGha used in them is kinda rashmi one .... or us ko pani mein bheego k rakthay haiN ....

Shayad is wajah se daagha AAG nahii pakarta hai

:)

Well takaY Mince meat .. Seekh se chipka rahaY .. or AnGhatii mein na GirnaY pa'aaY .....

well when upon serving .. the real game starts when Hum DhaaGay ko pakar k KaichTay haiN ...

Ya gotta be cultured enough to pull the thread without messing with the real shape of the kebab ....

James bhai ... yea kaysaa sawal phoch lia .... Sorry to be bias .. But no one else then a karachiite or Kababiaa can answer these questions :)

Re: I have a question ...

my names bhaand.. james bhaand

Re: I have a question ...

i think they are called 'Reshmi Kebab'

they are really soft but tey must turn out in the shape of seekh kebab, so they tie a thread in a way so it wouldnt fall out of place.
