:(.The thing is if one is writing a blog entry and suppose its longer then the usual one liners…it logs you out…and all the work is…magically deleted:smack:…So I am here to officially file a complaint to make the logout time a bit longer. I know it gives some sort of a small message..but if one doesnt pay attention each and everytime…it is all gone…all gone:crying:

You mean that cause there is an auto log out time of after so many minutes in case of no activity .. is that casueing you a problem ?
write a blog in notepad or Words and then cut and paste it

If cookies are enabled and you check that checkbox to "remember" you while logging in, it should not be a problem... you should not get a login screen if you are inactive for a long time.... though you do logged out in a sense that you are not visible in who's online (if your status is set to "online") but you should not be able to lose your work... or so I have experienced....

Lately I have been getting logged out as well. Though it only happens when I close GS and when I open it again I have to log back in.

One thing to keep in mind: If you remain inactive for a certain amount of time (15,20, 30 minutes - whatever the limit it), it automatically logs you out. So let's say you had gupshup open and left it open for a while without clicking anything, and then tried to post something, it will automatically have logged you out.
So I think that's what's happening when you type a long blog because the system thinks you are inactive but you are actually typing (especially when you step away and come back to type more). When you click on submit, the system logs you out due to inactivity.

It used to happen the same way in the previou blogs but by that time I had gotten used to saving it before pressing the submit button...but this is an added feature now...
And I dont think I would want to go write in Words and past it here and then have to delete those font font stuff that appears all over

I think the inactive time is set to really not a long time...I d think hardly 15 mins

You are but assuming what I said is true you are not clicking here and there, meaning you are not refreshing the page. You are staying on the same page, even though you are typing, but the system thinks since the page has been the same for sometime, you are inactive.
Whenever you type a long post, it’s always advised to copy the post first. That way if you lose it whether due to system logging you out or internet crashes, you can always paste it.
Im going to try it…but then again I will have to test it tl my next looong blog entry:bummer:

The best way is to write it in notepad or any other text editor and once it is complete past it.

I just noticed LOGOUT is NOT logging me out 
I logged out and clicked on to go to the main page and I was logged in… I tried few times… closed the browser and open the page again and I am still logged in
