In another thread already i mentioned how badly i want to reduce but i always succumb to the food i want to have. Anyway, for now my hips are really big sized now, they in fact look ugly, my thighs too are bulging out now.
What easy to do yoga/aerobic/etc exercises can help me reduce from there?

try to look for some exercises in yoga. yoga helps in giving shape to your body.

i think toning helps in this case because it really lifts the area!! any form of stairs or bum excercises will lift it up and tighten it

And ofcourse weight training for the legs.
Diet must be controlled!!!

Cardio alone won't make much difference, but toning excercises, after 10 minutes of cardio can do wonders if done properly and regularly.

If a person can not get his/her lower body in shape it only tells me one thing, they are extremely inactive.

Well yeah.....the greater the effort, the quicker the results.
There are few other good excercises for this area but I can't find the videos atm.

No Jimmy. In a lot of people, big hips are genetic and part of their body structure. Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce are prime examples of this.
I was going to suggest this also.
You dont need any special equipment for lunges either.

I kinda hav tha same problem but I take a lot of careeeeeee and its genetic! I got it from my mom's side Arghh! I do swimming and aerobics running.. thats how much it takes to get them in shape! its hard as hell but I need to get to a point where I am satisfied.
