getting fat like a cow again?. Its not the sweets that make you fat , its you not doing anything about it that make you fat. Keep a track of what you eat and burn it. All you need to do to burn a pound of fat is lose 3500 calories. Burn calories loose fat. Laddus and Barfis cant do squat about it. Gluck motto.
