You should make up the fasts when you feel better, otherwise pay money to the poor. Your job sounds very exaushting, maybe you should cut down the hours during ramadhan?

I dont know what type of guy who ask his female cousin to do fasting etc. I would nt even discuss with my own sister or female relatives due to female issues involving fasting. I do not want to embarrass her and myself. surely this is not the issue here, but without getting into too much arguments, you can always calmly say to this cousin of yours, its none of your business. this will shut him up. if it doesnt, just avoid and ignore.
in our culture, friends and family treat you like very own property and say whatever they feel like it, some with good intention some with always teasing you for no reason. just relax its normal.
