I have to read like 20 research journals in 3 hours just to make one point on my entire thesis. Im depressed.

hopefully at least you're using a reference management software like EndNote.

^ Im using Refworks- but there are some websites which dont have a direct transfer and the indirect thing i just cant work out!

Re: 20 references in 3 hours, that is unrealistic. The first 2-3 refernces would take longets to get through.And you have done that already. So tough part is over. The rest probably are kiind of related to the 1st few - so should go faster.

Endnotes works well.
