well that's really sad...... but the thing is.... basant is not bad..... its people who go over board with these things :(.... and if someone has to die ... its FATE and they will..... but i guess dying in a painful way is horrible......
no offense to anyone.... but i loved it..... even though i have only seen it once or twice..... i think like in Islamabad it was only in one PARK everyone came and flew their kites was amazingg..... the colors and what not...... but yeah everything has circumstances i guess
