I had mine last week. I am used to it now and it truly helps a lot. I don’t fall sick very often especially when I go out in cold weather . I just cn’t afford being sick and staying in bed. It is better to get a flue vaccine,I think most of the full time workers do get it else it is hard to keep yourself fit in freezing Winter.

here in Canada, it’s NOT mandatory…everyone is encouraged to get one but i’ve seen young people try to avoid having the shot…they think it’s kinda sissy to have it or they’ll or they can brave it out. i think it’s sheer ignorance. if the protection is available then why NOT benefit from it!
