Just a strong immune system I think (I get psoriasis which is another offshoot of a very strong/aggressive immune system, just not a very positive one lol).. Years ago at school when the nurses were testing us to see if we needed the BCG injection (for tuberculosis ) I was told I had natural immunity so didn’t need that jab either.. That was good to hear
