Knowing ones value has nothing to do with not burning bridges. I hope some other person reading this thread doesn’t fall into the same trap. One has the option to leave. When one does that, there is no reason to piss people off, be a rebel and get instant gratification.

When things are going well, it is easy to behave professionally.

How one reacts to adverse circumstances is how one’s professionalism is gauged.

Getting the opinion of a 50 plus yr old who has been around the block a few times is called for here.

I’ve been a rebel since the day I started. That’s just me. Can’t change who I am, but when it comes to being professional I should get an A+.
