Rarely is it about actually physically changing things around you, its more about changing one's mindset. Obviously if one "believes" that they will find true love they are much more likely then one who believes they are never going to find anyone. Believing that these kind of things are actually going to create a solid, tangible change is foolish, but believing that they are worthless is also foolish (they can be true for those who truely believe them, because subconsciously they will make what they want a reality). Its all about thinking positively.
