This girl was interested in you, okay fine. Whether you are a male or a female, it's quite flattering to the ego to know that someone is attracted to you. But it's best not to get too carried away with the ego-boost. Just a general reflection.
This girl wasted your precious time. That was wrong of her. She could find a better way of expressing interest. It was a learning experience for you. You were not impressed with the girl, so you've decided to maintain a distance from her. And that's fine.
Now, you're wondering what to do about the issue of her requesting the contact information of this other guy. Perhaps this girl is looking to find a nice guy, although her methods are strange. Anyhow, in my opinion, you should just give her the contact info and move on. Maybe this other guy might actually like her and it could develop into a successful relationship. This **other guy **is a big boy; an adult capable of looking out for himself and making his own decisions. He doesn't need your protection.
So, just give the contact info and move on with your life without encouraging her or leading her on in anyway. You're not doing her or yourself any favors by continuing communication out of "politeness".
Also, by giving her the contact info of this other guy, you are kindly showing her that you are NOT BOTHERED by her talking to another guy and therefore NOT INTERESTED. Simple!
