I have been doing too much(I think), just to build up some strength. Jogging 2 kms and walking one km in the morning and 45 minutes at gym in the evening. Or it is hiking 3 kms up and then returning in the morning followed by 45 minutes at gym in the evening. My weight inst bad. I am 46 with the height of 5’4".
Though i dont feel cramps, I dont feel like eating even when i am very hungry. Its like its difficult to push something down the throat. I drink and drink and drink plain water. Last time i went to walk yesterday morning, i felt giddy. I skipped walk today, and i feel so unhealthy and weak.
Make your body cold before you try to eat some thing. Have you healthiest meal in early morning, late night.
Or after you sit in air-conditioned room for couple of hrs.
there are few things that youneed to understand before you start working out.
No mattter, how good and tough work out you do, its ain't gona effect you unless you are having proepr diet. When i say proper diet, it does not mean quit eating .. It means PROPER.
The foremost thing that you need to do is to check your BMI. ar eyou nder weight or over wiehgt. Once you have chckd your BMI, check your FAT body ratio. I guess yo are okay in that.
Don't miss your breakfast - EVER! .. ..
Increase your water intake to 8-9 glass a day ..
Have proper meals (decide weather you want to gain weight or loose weight)
Proper meals: eat something after ever 4 hours ..
Eat less but in proper ratio ..
if you don't feel cramps but feel weak, start taking protien food (vege's, juices [orange juice is great], etc) .. milk .. you can also try eating protien bar.

If you over do exercise...you can actually wear out your muscles and end up with a bigger problem.
45 minute cardio with 30 minutes of weights or strength training is fine...no need for anymore than that.
Please please please do not skip breakfast...since you have been skipping it your body is used to being deprived. Get into the habit of having breakfast again...this can be the biggest meal of the day for you. Have lunch and also dinner but no later than 7pm.
Overdoing anything: working out, eating, not eating, vitamins, etc etc etc...can hurt your body. Everything in moderation.
Jalpari…your body is not invincible. It is also susceptible to wear and tear. You have to treat it well. If you are underweight already and all are you consuming is liquids…how long do you think you will be able to work out and be healthy?
Incorporate meat into your diet and light carbs in the morning. You have to get your body used to healthy eating habits varna kya hoga ke when you actually start to eat human food you will blow up like balloon.
