basically a fob in aus is someone who wasnt born here.. doesnt have anythign to do with the accent.. my hubby doesnt have one at all. If he's on the phone, peopel think he's from europe... i on the other hand end up having a typical accent when i start speaking to my daughter.. and Ive no idea why... even my dad doesnt have an accent.. my mums got a greek accent (cus she spent most of her worklife with greeks.. LOL!)
