That perv uncle needs a place to live too. You cannot move into a place where he lives and then expect your dad to throw him out of that house. It is your responsibilty too to stay away from him. If that means keep living in your house then so be it.
I agree! While your father has the right to take steps against your uncle in his house - that's no reason for your parents and you setting the terms for the rest of the family.
It's your choice to live with your granny - your relationship with her is one step removed from that of her' with her son/your uncle. If she wants him there - you can't demand that he not live there for the sake of your convenience. Look into living at a dorm or an apartment.
