Sunni put attributes / fazail of Shab e Qadr into Shab e Baraat. They quote Sorah Dukhan for that which actually tells about Shab e Qadar and NOT about shab e baraat. Baraat means hatred not nijaat.
Shia celebrate it as birthday of their ghayab Imam Mahdi.
