Sometimes a team starts a project - everyting goes in the right direction. And then the project manager leaves. What happens...... some jerks take charge & spoil it.
Now the idea behind the project was so wonderful. Team started it with the right formulas. Other came & ruined it.

Would you criticise the idea & the people who started it?
or would you criticise those who spoiled it?
