i never say i dont know to sumthing that i know and i hate the ppl who say i dont know to sumthing they know but they pretend they dont know…

I used to be one of them about 10 years ago, but back then it was more like "Pata nahi".
An uncle yelled at me for saying "pata nahi" for every question and ever since then I made an effort not to say it. It worked. :D

may b ppl dont want to share knowledge.. em talking esp textile mills' culture in Pakistan where ppl are afraid to train ppl thinking that their jobs might get threatened if other know what he/she actually doin..
very sad situation.. but nowadays due to injection of educated personnel things has started getting changed...
