But it can be possible that 2 persons of a family can use the same computer and that's how the IP matches.

Different users can also have the same IP if they are using the same proxy server, such as secure proxy servers. We have only one ISP/proxy server here in Qatar. So, all of you who are thinking I have another ID, I don't have any. Ok!
