Re: I do child abuse !
Yes, because i am one of the few pakistani who live in pakistan and post here
sexual child abuse is a huge problem in the indian subcontinent
OK.. I dont deny but please understand one thing first so that there be no ambiguity …
Physical Abuse : this is widespread, and people dont consider it an abuse until it is converted into toture.
Sexual Abuse : It includes lot of activities and it is vastly destructive.
** from close relatives (due to the joint family system),**
it is difficult to abuse a child presence of many people
to tutors and molvi’s who come to help ur kids read the Quran. (yes, one of the biggest threats to little boys and girls are the molvi sahibs who come to teach our young ones).
That is true for physical abuse. sexual+physical abuse happens in madrisa mostly, that too of boys
There is a reason behind that. If you notice parents (a majority of them) have set a special place in the house when the molvi or the tutor comes for the kids. To control the noise volume the door must be shut. enough said.
Very good point :k: That happens when parents are grossly negligent (which is the case many a times). Also this is a big problem when you are living all alone in a house, It is increasing as people are moving out of joint family system.
espeically in pakistan sexual child abuse is becoming a big big problem. its now coming heavily into the cities. before it was very common amongst the rural villages.
Yes, It is. Specially kids who run away from homes street kids and those who are living in extreme poverty, those who are living in madrisas, are prone to sexual abuse
And all that makes up a huge number, as some 30% of the population lives in extreme poverty.
**the only reason you dont hear about it much or is not reported because of the sheer fact that parents want to protect the “family izzat”. **
i’m sorry to break it to you, but its true
its happening more and more in pakistan. the only way to stop it is letting the predetors know that they will be prosecuted, and that my friend, seems far fetched
I know it happens i have explained it to you that i am not denying it, It is widespread due extreme poverty like many other crimes. But it is rare in proper family structure. Because family structure is quite stable here and it is hard to break into it.
