:) just put a sign up on the fridge to say that everyone is responsible for their stuff and that if its stinking, then to throw it out... or maybe have a cleaning roster? you can have a roster for the dishes and cleaning out the fridge

Talk to all of your roomates and decide what to say to her and you all tell her.
Don't do her dishes.
That is what I did when I had roomies. Trust me it works and makes everybody's life easy and keeps the peace.
