I discovered something that is a very good hunger suppresent, it effectively reduced craving and also provides energy at the same time and is also very cheap.
It’s roasted (slighty burnt) almonds. For me it is has worked wonders. It has stopped all food craving/hunger and at the same time I don’t feel weak or light headed.
It is also very easy to make them. I just take normal almonds and place them on a dry frying pan and let it roast for a few minutes.
Take 2 or 3 every half hour and there is no hunger cravings at all…
