Ok so I had a couple yesterday and they were yumm-eeeeee. No hard center, nothing wrong. Bad part is I couldn;t go to baaj’s to get her camera. good part is there r still some left over (or so i think) so i will try to do it tonight, best part is I can always make more whenever I feel like and take pictures then

She has the recipe in her recipe book and I totally forgot to copy it off cos I didn;t want to carry the book to work and I couldn;t put it up here from home cos my home computer recently got fried due to a power surge, even though the damn thing is plugged into a surge protector, and my bro left his laptop with his friend so i had no way of logging on. remind me to remember today
i just tried motichur laddo N chum chum sweet yesterday.. the sweet didnt turn out like the ones in pakistan..but they were eatable! will try gulab jamun sooN for the 10th time
Aj I took pictures on friday. Since my computer is dead I asked my sister to upload them for me. Its been three days and the lazy woman hasn’t done so. Well according to her she has been very busy not lazy. So i called her 45 mins ago i think and she goes ok i will do it right now before i go to pick up my kids. i called 15 mins ago and she had left to get the kids without uploading the pictures. I am angry.
as for the gulab jaman recipe. Well I did find it and it looks rather simple BUT it looks a little dodgy too. Don;t know why, but then thats just me Mum advised me to try it out myself first if i wasn;t convinced by the recipe but i will let u guys try it instead
2 cups nido
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 tsp baking powder
enough milk to mix all the above. after mixing it deep fry on medium heat do not stir a lot cos that causes them to break/crack and be gentle when u do. once fried drop them in the sugar/water/cardamom syrup. hopefully it will work. try reducing the quantity to half of what i put up and give it a shot.
