Simply by watching what I eat and how much of it. I have already been in light exercises , I did not change that routine.
Yes it is a struggle it took me more than a year , it requires lot of patience and self discipline but it is achievable.

but the holidays are always the hardest, what will you do during Eid or christmas? fo r me halloween is the hard one
