its been 2 weeks i cudnt sleep tight ..i slept at around 3 am and have to wake up at 6am. so i only sleep for three hours in a day and a night! Normally i sleep at 11 to 12 pm!! butā¦last nite was the worst!!! i didnt sleep in a single secondā¦i was lying on bed and trying to keep my eyes shut! but what i got was headache!!
im not sure what i have in mind that makes me behave like that! i dont take any medicine to make me feel better and to ease my sleeping coz im afraid of being addicted!
^^ i did workout all the day yesterday..
woke up at 6 am ..went work at 7am, back from work at 5 pm, went to gym at 6 pm,shopping right after gym got home at 9 pmā¦
ok ⦠thatās plain weird. Work is the best sleeping pill ever.
Still. Hereās what u do. When u lie down on the bed at night, get on ur back and take about 25 REALLY deep breaths. If uāre not asleep in 5 minutes, mujhay kehna

and I know there will be BUTSS and IFSS

Grab a book and start reading, works everytime for me. Or ask your mom to tell you family history whos related to who, that one gets me sleeping for days.
