For some reason I cannot stop thinking about the abominable act. Everyday when I have tasks to do I find myself I am thinking about it. It has become an addiction something too much. I have nowhere to release it and it makes me angry. I need help. What do I do?

I’m sure she would have desires too so it will be okay. As long as you are patient with her. And are actually willing to get married and take on that responsibility.

Lock yourself away from the rest of society. Isolate yourself until you lose your grip on reality. That should keep your mind distracted from thinking about that act.
Assuming sex is the abominable act you’re thinking about, try finding a partner either on your own or through the arranged route.
Also, stop calling it the abominable act. It’s nature’s way of ensuring the survival of our species. We’re wired to want sex. Having kids isn’t easy and ancestors would have stopped making babies way back if we weren’t wired to crave coitus. So ignore the people on here who’re being condescending for no reason.
