I have trouble sleeping also,i have so much worry and anxiety about the crap this country (US) is doing to the world (Pakistan,etc)

I just cannot stand it...........

It takes me ages to fall asleep, 'cause my brain won’t stop talking to itself… :chupki:

I have cousins who literally decide “I think I’ll go to sleep now” and they go, lie down, close their eyes and are asleep at that instant! I don’t know how they do it!

insomnia is such a h to the o to the are. i usually complete sudokus or puzzles till i fall asleep. :/

I can't get enough of sleep... i fall asleep easily.
I deal with lack of concentration when i'm going to sleep,
if i havn't had me time in the day right before i go to sleep i'll daydream, think about things...
yes i feel you guys my brain does not turn off, but most time i sleep very well:)
