I can't eat!

I can’t eat the following stuff:

bariyaani
qourma
mirchi kabob
chicken wings
any desi dish spicey ones
no chocolate
no mint
no pepsi
no orange juice
no orange
apple, if red without skin
no dry fruit - any kind
no spices at all
no eggs
and many more
I am just eating yogurt/drinking milk/lightly fried veggies less oil

So much for the Home cooked food that I was expecting

i was on worse then THIS diet for more then 5 months.. dun complain.
