I need more details. What error message does it give you? Have you followed the insturctions?
I am getting the error message
the little upload screen pops up but it is blank, you cannot see anything on it other than the GS logo
Are you updated to SP2? Secondly is the pop-up blocker on?
what is SP2 and nope pop up blocker is not on, the pop up does come up, there is just nothingon it
Open up an Internet browser. Select Tools → Options
A window will pop up, there will be several tabs. Select the tab Security, & restore the defaults of Internet by clicking on the button Restore Defaults. Then click on Apply & OK
Try after you have performed this procedure, if it still doesnt work, do the following after the above procedure
Follow the same procedure till you click on Security tab. In the Trusted Sites, the button Add Site, will be highlighted. Click on the button & then add http://www.gupistan.com to the trusted site. Make sure the check box right below is unchecked. Click on Apply.
Try now, it will work fine.
