ohn ok, cos on my lactic acid peel instructions it says do 6 peels, once a week, and then 2 weeks downtime..so doesnt make sense.......
where can i get something strongert than 50% lactic acid, like 70 percent, or shall i do the 30% glycolic....thanks.i just need to see a difference in 8 weeks...atleast have some sorta differenceeee....

Okay guys, Here is week one picture. Its a very close close up so even I was scared at my acne scars. Inshallah They’ll be gone soon. Thank god I have foundation.

I did 30% glycolic acid peel last night... and I got the same tingling sensation as when I put pure lemon juice on my face :( .. my cheeks turned a bit pink but thats about it..

Yes, Retin A is a cream (also comes in gel form) that used to treat acne. It is also been proven to diminish fine lines/wrinkles and help prevent them. It works on the skin by increasing cell turnover. Over time this also help even out skin tone.
In the U.S., this is available by prescription only and tends to be expensive. I buy mine from AllDayChemist.com. They're located in India...super cheap (compared to U.S. prices), and no prescription is required.
** Note: Just like chemical peels, Retin A also makes you skin super-sensitive to the sun. So sun screen usage diligently is a MUST if you're going to be using this. Also, people tend to underestimate how strong this stuff is. It always best to start at the lowest % (.025%) and slowly allow your skin to get used to it. Otherwise the skin will get irritated (that doesn't look pretty while its healing). And also, this should NOT be used by pregnant women.

After reading so much abt peels here, I ordered mine last week from MUAC. Did my first 40% glycolic peel last nite and left it on for about 10 mins. The tingling was not bad at all. Dont see any difference yet obviously but am glad that it worked out just fine MA!
