Its true, hijabis do get more rishtas. Men want ‘decent’ girls to marry and hijabis fit that sterostype, being covered up and all.
But don’t be fooled. Just like anyone else, hijabis come in all different types. We’ve talked about the ones with tight tops, jeans etc but recently I’ve spotted see-through skirt wearing hijabis with underwear clearly visible 
They are exceptions of course, most are genuine and good, IMHO.

Not so. When someones wearing a white see-through skirt with black underwear it doesn’t take much attention to notice. No matter how shocking it seems.

lolz.. kinda like this girl at work.. she covers her self from head to toe yet loves to make out grossly with her boyfriend in the parking lot every day..

They get more rishtaas because the hijaabs are indication to moms that "here is a decent girl for my king of a son".
That's basically it. Most guys I know who are looking for girls don't care if she wears hijab or not as long as she's a good person. Its their moms that show the nakhray, because they want princesses for their boys.
But then that's just the guys I know. They don't really statistically represent the whole population of desi boys, as they do not have pind mentality.

decency is in ur nature and attitude, not the scarf u wear on ur head..
most women (mom's that is) are well aware of what a girl is like (when looking for a rishta).. a hijab doesnt scraem out anything, its a way of life.. thats all

People usually only discuss ‘hijaab’ in the context of women. However, in the Glorious Qur’an, Allah (swt) first mentions ‘hijaab’ for men before ‘hijaab’ for the women. The Qur’an mentions in Surah Noor:
"Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: and Allah is well acquainted with all that they do."
[Al-Qur’an 24:30]
The moment a man looks at a woman and if any brazen or unashamed thought comes to his mind, he should lower his gaze.
