Yes, quite right... he is a mass murderer .. and this kind of "romanticizing" doesn't take anything away from that fact...
lethal injection was too good for him..... that was one guy who truly deserved the chair!!!!!!!!

Perhaps he is referring to the final two lines of the poem.
All along Timothy has insisted that he is guilty of the crime and that the world should "get on with it" and issue him his penalty.
So...perhaps he is referring to the fact that he knew his fate and in fact, wrote his own destiny when he committed the crime.
